Refund and Returns Policy

At Insanatee, we use a print-on-demand service that is produced only once they are ordered. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you have the wrong size or color or change your mind.

However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. In the event that you've received a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we will gladly provide a free replacement or refund if contacted within 30 days of product delivery. To initiate this process, please contact our customer service team using the “Submit issue” form and include clear photos demonstrating the problem.

  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging
  • Final sale items, including clearance and discounted items, are not eligible for refunds or returns
